Customer event in Morocco elicits interest for Motorola broadband solutions

Audiogama, the local system partner in Morocco for American International Radio (AIR) demonstrated successfully the capabilities of Motorola's wireless broadband solutions to its customers in a one day event held at the Diwan Hotel, in Rabat on January 19th, 2011.

The products demonstrated include the Mesh Networks, Point to Point (PTP), Point to Multipoint (PMP), WLAN, air defense and PBN.

Audiogama hosted a one day event for its customers on the wireless broadband solutions offered by Motorola on January 19th, 2011 in Rabat. The event was well attended and elicited good responses.

Morocco is one of the fastest growing markets in the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) for Motorola products and Audiogama has been successfully able to penetrate and establish market leadership position for its communication solutions. In a statement, Mr. Naoufal Achahbar, the Managing Director of Audiogama Morocco said that Motorola products are in great demand in Morocco and he is confident of market leadership in the broadband segment.

Representatives from Motorola and AIR (American International Radio, Inc.) were also present at the event. Rolf Pein, Executive Vice President for distribution AIR Inc. was impressed by the response of the customers. "Audiogama is one of our best performing partners and have shown impressive growth in the last few years. The response at the event reassures us of our investment and growth strategies for Morocco".

Among the key topics covered were WNS Portfolio, Motorola PTP unlicensed portfolio, Motorola licensed PTP series, Link planning and Network design. The session ended with Q&A where customers were able to clarify on specific requirements with the presenters.
