(AIR) in conjunction with AiradioNet, Maroc hosted the “Communication Solutions When It Matters” event at Sofitel showcasing new communications products and technology, as well as highlighting their newest office location within the country.
AIR is a premier technology company, Motorola’s largest Distributor in the EMEA Region and System Integrator providing Professional Communication Solutions and Mobility & IT Applications for Public Safety, Government, Commercial, Industrial and Transport sectors. AIR began in 1990 and has since grown to direct offices in 10 countries and partners in over 60 countries all over the world, including Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Dorel Nasui, CEO of AIR described his company’s growth best by stating, “We make an investment in every country we decide to open an office in and believe in reaching globally but acting locally!” This investment has proven successful for the company as in both 2007 and 2008, with the support of their partners AIR was able to receive the honor of “Biggest Overall Distributor” within the EMEA region for Motorola.
The company currently offers an array of communications products that streamline mobility, enhance security and address mission critical issues. One such product highlighted at today’s event was MOTOTRBO™, the latest digital technology to envelop the market and lead the competition, offering customers a broad spectrum of features and benefits over traditional analogue networks. In line with the digital platform of products debuting in the market, TETRA is also a featured infrastructure solution that AIR offers providing prompt and accurate field communications for the public safety sector.
AIR featured Motorola’s latest product line Vertex at “Communication Solutions When It Matters” indicating the product has been brought on board to extend AIR’s product portfolio, allowing the company to service yet another demographic market by offering a line of radios that are budget-friendly yet still providing plenty of functionality.
This spring AIR looks to broaden its product base by incorporating application based solutions to their marketing strategy to create fully integrated solution package for clients – starting from a technological assessment of communication needs to incorporating infrastructure design, products and applications. At today’s event AiradioNet, Maroc made its vision and objectives clear and cited that WiBB Broadband Technology was a key solution to helping expand wireless communications within the region. Other broadband manufacturers (Skypilot and Exalt) were on site to present their technologies and the benefits of using their products and systems. Motorola’s Canopy system was also presented showcasing a trilogy of options for prospective buyers and decision makers. It was the perfect opportunity to show the audience what technological developments lay at their fingertips.
AiradioNet, Marco is setting their sights on penetrating the market further by becoming the premier provider of Radio Supply, System Integration and Broadband solutions for the region, as well as government entities. Working under the AIR corporate umbrella has given them a one-stop shop type of feel by being able to offer an array of products, technologies and applications typically found across multiple manufacturers and suppliers under one roof.
The event itself was successful at reinforcing AIR’s and AiradioNet, Maroc’s presence in the country and highlighting the benefits of what broadband applications, together with MotoTRBO™ and Safemobile technologies can achieve. In addition, the success of the event was seen in the continuous discussions afterwards between, partners, key customers and vendors who honored AIR with their participation.
With 2009 underway, American International Radio has already shown signs of its consistent growth and success and will be marked by continuing to forge strong partnerships both with partners, and manufacturers such as Skypilot, Exalt and Motorola GmbH.
