March 18,2010—AIR Telekomünıkasyon Çözümlerı, a division of American International Radio, Inc. held the second, in their 2010 series of customer focused events (KAFE) in their Istanbul location promoting Wireless Broadband products, applications and solutions. A dedicated session held for specific clients, Key Account Focused Events (KAFE) events are used as a tool to help promote the client's understanding of a particular product line and engage them to purchase or pitch the product line to their customers and/or dealers.

This particular event focused primarily on AIR's wireless broadband and WLAN portfolio including: Point-to-Point (PTP), Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP), Mesh Networks, Management Software products, access point and switches. Şahin Murt (Sales Support Engineer), Koral Türkkan (Business Development & Sale Director) and Levent Ergün (Sales Supervisor) of AIR Turkey presented these applications and solutions to six key clients representing a broad range of  markets from telecom services, security and safety to surveillance, image processing and central data system service integrators.

Tibet Oğurtanı, Technology Manager at Motorola Turkey Corporate Mobility Solutions, made a guest appearance at the KAFE event to present Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Products & Solutions focusing primarily on WLAN and RFID readers. Tibet's presentation was useful in gaining further momentum with the intimate audience group by generating more possibilities for solutions and applications within their market segments.

The AIR Turkey team concluded the day's presentations by providing an overview to audience members about the latest news from the Turkish telecommunication authority regarding frequency planning in Turkey, helpful tips for engaging the customer (a mini sales workshop) and creating projects to help promote channel growth and drive channel strategy.
